Back from the guild meetLast night I dreamt that Tera died. And while I of course would care to the extent of getting quite gloomy over mostly anyone in the guild dying... it struck me so much more than I could have imagined that he in particular died.
Things were no different than I expected at the meet - I can't handle noise well, I will easily slip away when there's too much. I was less social than I would have been if I'd gone alone, but I'm really happy ~zaare was with me. So now most of them have the people-who-don't-know-me impression of me being a silent and almost timid kind of person. Maybe not Throaty, since he spent some time with just me and ~zaare, but the rest probably do.
My mind is still gone. Going home was exhausting. We were travelling from 7.00 until 20.00 (21.00, if you include the timezone change). Charles de Gaulle is a horrible airport. And the plane was delayed. My mind is wandering. So far that I could almost write again, if I wasn't so exhausted.
I'm at work, but I seem unable to do anything. Hopefully lunch will render me able to work again. I might just call in sick tomorrow.

It's nice to be back and 'talking' again with such lovely people as your good self.
I've also bought a 'new' car so I should now be able to travel further afield to do more photography. I'm already planning a night-lit noir-ish portraiture session with a friend who loves the beat generation writers and can dress in that hip 50s style.
